Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item must be:
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@cleartechl.com to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@cleartechl.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
  • Perishable goods (such as pet food and treats)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
