Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and once shipped, delivery usually takes5–8 business daysdepending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are happy to offerfree shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, weonly ship within our domestic regionand do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

"We accept returns within *30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cleartechl.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for the return or issue a replacement/refund."*

How do I track my order?

"Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the link in your email."

Can I cancel or change my order?

"We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible within *1-2 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@cleartechl.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled."
